Account related
- Why do we have to relogin again and again?
One user can login only from one device at a time. If a user account is logged in from another device, the other device will logout and will have to relogin to access the app.
- I cannot receive OTP.
Our OTP service is working fine but there may be a time you may not be able to receive OTP due to network issues. If you have issues receiving OTP reach out to us by calling our support number or by email.
- Can I receive OTP in countries apart from India?
International OTP is supported for these countries: Australia, China, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, UAE, UK, USA.
Payment related
- After payment is completed I still cannot watch the content.
After you have made a successful payment wait for the screen to reload/redirect itself. Refrain from pushing refresh / back button and it will be automatically update payment info. Apart from this if you still face any issue please reach out to us on support.
- I cannot make a payment.
This is beyond our control. It may be due to ur banking server or other technical issues. Reach out to us if you have any issues regarding payment.
- I made two payments for one content by accident, can you refund?
Yes once your two payments is being confirmed by our team, we will refund it.
- Do you accept international payments?
We accept international payments by card and paypal.
- I do not have any form of online payment, how can I watch your content?
Reach out to us on our support, we will definitely help you out.
Video player related:
- Can I select video quality?
All contents pricing are categorized by quality of the video. If you select the highest quality you will be able to choose the lower qualities as well. If you buy the lowest quality you don’t have other option to choose the quality.
- How can I watch contents in TV?
Runmawi will be live in all major tv platform stores in a short time. For now, you can download the apks from our website and install it in your TV manually.
