This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for services provided by Runmawi App. By using the services of Runmawi App, you agree to comply with this policy. 

1. Refund Policy: 

• Technical issues: In the event of technical issues preventing access to purchased content, users are encouraged to contact Runmawi App's customer support for assistance. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the technical issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe. 
• Unauthorized Transactions: If a user suspects unauthorized transactions on their account or unauthorized access to their purchased content, they must notify Runmawi Support immediately. Refunds for unauthorized transactions will be provided upon verification by Runmawi. 

2. Cancellation Policy: 

• Purchase Cancellation: Users have the option to cancel their purchase if the purchased content is unused/unwateched. Once user starts watching the content, cancellation of payment may not be claimed. Upon cancellation, access to premium content will be revoked at the end of the current billing cycle. In case of refund, payment gateway fees and taxes applicable on the fees may not be refunded once payment has been captured. 
• Cancellation Process: To cancel a purchase, users may contact customer support and provide information requested by the team.

3. Policy Updates: 

 Runmawi Application reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any changes.
